B. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Participate with the section engineers in Designing & Developing new Reliability & Optimization processes in APMS Tool i.e Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Management etc., 2. Work with section engineers in designing APMS Dash Boards and its maintenance. 3. Assist in Developing KPIs, Metrics, Scorecards, Graphs etc., in APMS. 4. Help in designing Data Queries related to the APMS Modules. 5. Perform the required monthly updates of SAP data into APMS database. 6. Offer backend support to Mesaieed Operations department users. 7. Design any new APMS message alert’s that is required to notify the new events triggers. 8. Offer support with Data loader tools of APMS and data migration into the system. 9. Handle the required data input functions into APMS during the ACA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, Strategy review workshops lead by section engineers. 10. Update maintenance strategies in SAP system as recommended by reliability & optimization engineers based on failure investigation, Bad actors mgmt. etc., 11. Plan and prepare specific SAP audit reports for identifying gaps in PM Module usage and coordinate with users for resolution. 12. Provide assistance and resolve technical or operational issues in providing complete and useful maintenance data from work order system for specific reliability analysis. 13. Coordinate with optimization group to resolve any data discrepancy that may encountered prior to, during or after entry of data into the SAP system. 14. Prepare presentations, databases using MS access, and other computerized formats and the likes for system improvements and business improvements. 15. Participate and prepare business related presentations and reports as required by the division. 16. Work closely and assist in Reliability & Optimization studies initiated at the OAO(M) Division. المهارات C. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 1 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mech, Elect, Inst, or Ind) with good written and spoken English. 2. Experience: a) Minimum eight (8) years of post-graduation experience in Oil & Gas Industry plant asset maintenance function. b) Minimum three (3) years of experience Asset Performance Management system preferably GE Meridium (APMS) in performing relevant technical functions of the tool. c) Good exposure and experience in developing queries, KPIs, Metrics, Dashboard, Scorecard etc., d) Minimum eight (8) years of working knowledge in optimizing maintenance strategy and performance. e) Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in SAP R/3 environment and Plant Maintenance. f) Minimum eight (8) years of experience in CMMS Data preparation for SAP R/3 system in Oil & Gas industry. g) Excellent knowledge in processing the SAP-PM Master Data in organization’s live systems. h) Good exposure in Reliability concepts and measures. i) Experience of participating in ACA/FMEA/RSA studies & workshops. j) Good Understanding of processes covering Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Mgmt, Safety Critical Elements identification and performance standardization. k) Good exposure in Risk Based Work Selection and maintenance work prioritization. l) Good skills and experienced in use of MS-Access and other MS office tools.
