We are Qatar’s leading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, and we are Looking for a sales professional for the Qatar location. Job Summary The Sales Officer-Qatar is responsible for selling People Dynamics services to new customers in Qatar. The role holder carries revenue targets and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding them yearly. They will manage relationships with their clients, serve as the single point of contact between clients and the delivery team and perform all tasks related to administering their accounts. Job Objective •Meeting revenue targets with reasonable gross margins •Bringing in a new client logo •Managing the entire sales lifecycle •Account Management المهارات Previous Work Experience •3-5years of total experience in B2B sales •Preference will be given for candidates who have sold HR Services with specific focus on recruitment and contracting services •Candidates who have sold other professional services will also be considered •Should show a successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets •Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred. Skills and Abilities •Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven attitude •Ability to drive sales growth Excellent personality and communication skills •Cold calling and lead generation •Ability to present solutions Negotiation skills •Networking skills
