الوصف الوظيفي Key Accountabilities Responsible for preparation and review of QCB Balance sheet, Income statement and associated tables for CB, Subsidiaries and Group Responsible to finalize the QCB mandatory reserves balances on QAR and Foreign currency deposits, posting of entries (through Operations) co-ordination with Treasury and submitting the relevant QCB reports. Keep abreast of developments in the regulatory area, especially QCB regulations, Basel framework and regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Effective support on periodic and annual Financial statements (preparation of notes to the Financial statements) Assist in writing/keeping up-to-date the departmental standard operating procedures and workflows. Collaborates with other department to fix reporting issues and to receive all required reports related to regulatory submission. Manage Financial & non-financial Risk within Finance Regulatory Reporting and maintain 100% deadlines of all deliverables. Effective support to Unit Head -Financial & Regulatory Reporting for all other ad-hoc & regulatory issues & Financial supporting matters as and when require. Responsible for external audit of Basel III reports, providing audit trail tables, explaining reconciliation with the GL/QCB Balance sheet to the external and internal auditor المهارات Education Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting Professionally qualified accountant - ACCA, CPA, CA etc. [Mandatory requirement]
