Key Accountabilities Strategy • Formulate/provide inputs and lead the implementation of the strategy in line with alternative asset’s vision, mission & corporate objectives. • Coordinate with other departments in Alternative Assets to ensure operational targets are achieved. • Oversees offline brand marketing approaches such as design marketing & hardcopy promotional materials. • Ensure creative outputs inclusive of web promotional materials, selection of creative agencies, creative briefings, graphics, photography, etc. across the business Leadership • Manage the effective achievement of objectives through the leadership of the department and the setting of individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance. • Responsible for the creation and placement of advertising that is in support of the business’s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, and vendor management. • Establish metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPI’s. At this capacity, he also establishes a process for benchmarking the brand’s performance in various in order to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive. • Tasked with the preparation of reports on campaign performance to be presented to the COO alternative assets, senior management and key stakeholders Organization Structure • Define an optimum organisation structure for the department in coordination with the Human Capital function so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take place in an efficient manner. Brand Values and Corporate Identity • Lead the development, maintenance and communication of alternative assets identity in accordance to the business strategy and core values, in order to ensure that the aspired internal and external the corporate image is well communicated and adhered to. • Design, implement and review set branding guidelines for alternative assets, in order to ensure all functions, adhere to them at all times, in order to promote corporate wide brand awareness • Develops and manages the business brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand’s equity. Other Accountabilities Marketing Activity Preparation • Build, manage, and review aggregated alternative assets marketing communication guidelines and plans based on business requirement, in order to ensure that all marketing communication activities are delivered optimally to add value for the business. • Oversee development and implementation of the creation of all marketing campaign materials, in order to ensure deliverables and materials are in line with alternative assts marketing, branding and communications strategy and policies as well as delivered to time and budget. • Oversee activities of design studio and print production output Marketing Activities Implementation • Monitor the implementations of all marketing communication activity in alternative assets in bought and owned media and recommend feedback whenever required in accordance to set branding guideline and agreed schedules, in order to ensure that the activity is run optimally to add value for the business. • Lead the implementation of all marketing communication activity in alternative assets own media, monitor and recommend feedback to the overall process whenever required in accordance to set branding guideline and agreed schedules, in order to ensure that the activity is run optimally to add value for the business. Digital • Tasked with overseeing the business’s online brand marketing campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, business websites, email and so forth. Agencies and Third Parties • Lead and manage core agency relationships (advertising. media and design agencies) • Lead and manage design studio outsource arrangements Internal Collaboration • Lead and monitor collaboration with internal stakeholders in alternative assets, in order to ensure smooth collaboration in the marketing communication activities to create optimal result for the business. Change Management • Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures • Develop and oversee the implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls in order to ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. MIS and Reports • Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet alternative assets department requirements, policies and standards. Related Assignments • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed المهارات Required Experience: • At least 7 years relevant experience in a marketing capacity (Realestate Business), conducting online marketing, digital design and website management. • Successful experience in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities. • Successful experience in launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand’s awareness and consumer acquisition.
