Senior Technical Coordinator/Estimator- Joinery Job Responsibilities: Under direction, performs several of the following duties, depending on the program/project and in accordance with established standards and applicable regulatory policies Assist in production coordination, and/or in the planning, organization, and documentation of projects Oversee and coordinate project work; interpret plans & schedules to anticipate conflicts, coordinate and conduct meetings with affected parties, and oversee inspection and documentation of project work Assist in the coordination and tracking of project submittals Conduct analyses and prepare technical studies and reports Study tender project (Specification, drawings, BOQ, tender circulars) Rate build-up for dry cost item Attend Site visit and pre-bit meeting Re-valuation of submitted tender for revised offer submission Prepare the breakdown for tender cost BOQ merger item Prepare The Quantity for material order on site Prepare the RFQ to be out to sub‐contractors and Suppliers for various requirement May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary المهارات Qualification and Experience: Relevant education background. Bachelor's Degree preferred within Architecture or Interior Designing Thorough experience and knowledge in Woodworking/Joinery Production Analytical thinking Ability to pay attention to detail Strong administration skills Excellent communication and customer service skills
