Prepare, submit and manage Treasury-related functions i.e. LCs/LGs, etc. Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used Prepare Project Cash Flow forecast, Project Profit and Loss account, Budget, etc. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met Ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS and GTA requirements Maintain, review and improve the Internal Control Systems Keeps abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation Prepare and submit the reports to FM on time المهارات Must have hands-on experience in dealing with the Banks Experience in liaising with Banks for facilities arrangements Must manage the Statutory Audits independently CA is must Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Must have 12-15 years of GCC experience in the construction industry Must be available to join at the earliest
